OwnerBridge is an introduction platform that facilitates confidential connections between business owners exploring succession options and values-aligned investors or acquirers.

OwnerBridge is not a regulated financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. We do not provide financial advice, valuation services, or regulated M&A advisory. Any introduction facilitated through OwnerBridge is conducted on an introduction-only basis.

2. Eligibility

By submitting an enquiry or using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are acting in a professional or commercial capacity, not as a consumer
• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You have the authority to enter into discussions regarding the business you represent

3. Confidentiality

OwnerBridge treats all information shared by business owners as strictly confidential. No information about your business, including your identity, financial position, or succession intent, will be shared with any investor or third party without your explicit, documented consent at each stage.

By submitting an enquiry, you agree that OwnerBridge may retain anonymised, aggregated data about your enquiry for internal purposes (e.g., platform improvement) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. No financial advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. OwnerBridge strongly recommends that all parties obtain independent professional advice before making any decisions regarding a business sale, acquisition, or succession arrangement.

5. Fees

Submitting an enquiry and attending an introduction call is free of charge. OwnerBridge's fee structure, if applicable, will be disclosed in full before any formal engagement is agreed. No fees are charged without a written agreement signed by both parties.

6. No guarantee of introduction

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that OwnerBridge will facilitate an introduction. OwnerBridge reserves the right to decline any enquiry at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, the OwnerBridge brand, and the Owner's Journey process, is the intellectual property of OwnerBridge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OwnerBridge is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform or any introduction made through it. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability or outcome of any introduction.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
